RV Users, Owners, and Renters On The Road or at Home

As always, RV owners and renters on the road or near home can quickly search for service providers near you.  You can still use zip code, exact address, partial address, or phone location to get data on the interactive map.  Once you are on the map, you can filter your search to the services you want, expand or contract the search radius, and see Tech/Service Provider details.  This works anywhere in the U.S. or Canada!  
Once you have located a Technician or Company, you can choose to contact them in various ways;  A direct phone call, service question, service request, or link to their existing website for further info. 
None of this has changed, what is new for RV users is the ability to log in, only if you choose.  By logging in and creating an account, you will now have access to a message center and reviews!
If logged in, you can keep track of your service requests and make use of the messaging function directly in the portal at MobileRVService.com  After a service is complete, you are able to review your service provider if you wish to thank them for the great job and hopefully helping you stay on the road and having fun!

• RV Technician Forum – now you can collaborate with other Techs to get that fix or search the growing data on all types of repairs!  This is much better than depending on a social media group to help when you are in need.  Moderators are standing by to help as well!
• Reviews – now someone you served inside or outside our platform can be sent a link to review your business.  You can also send these reviews to potential customers. 
• Message center – keep track of service requests, customer questions, and service appointments in-queue.  Email updates are sent so you don’t need to stay logged in. 
• Membership Options – Stay with a free listing and still get great marketing and promotion from our massive online presence, or upgrade.  Make your presence on a local search stand out with different search result options.  Our marketing team is best-in-class and even with a free listing, you get leads from users in need.  If you need a boost in leads and service being scheduled, upgrade to a Plus or Featured listing.

Integration with Major Roadside Fleet Repair

Did you know that major roadside service call center providers use MobileRVService on a daily basis?  That’s right – i.e. if you own an RV and are paying for a roadside company, chances are, they look to our website when they need a Mobile RV Tech.  While our providers do not always handle roadside, our listed Techs handle everything else except tire/wheel and chassis lubricated items.
