Johnnie professional extremely knowledgeable. He had my RV diagnosed over the phone before I even came and looked at it and what he thought it was is what it was. Definitely saving this number because all American Mobile RV service is now my first call anytime I have any issue with my trailer. I’ve called him to schedule repairs four times now and every time he has made sure that he had whatever parts he would need on the truck with him that way he just comes and fixes the RV rather than charging a service call to come and diagnose it and then charging another service call to come and fix it so he’s saving me money and warranties all his work. One of the times I hadn’t come out I couldn’t afford the repair that needed to be done so he offered for me to pay for half the invoice that day and then half two weeks later and he offered that to me I didn’t ask. You can tell he cares about people and the work he does and see that he takes a lot of pride in his work
